We will test, clean and maintain all smoke alarms in a residential property to provide assurance that it meets the respective state and federal legislation. Following the service, we will provide a report as proof of service.
In the circumstance an alarm needs to be installed or replaced to achieve compliance, we will arrange at an additional cost.
